Hatha Yoga Mixed Ability
I first came to yoga in my 20’s, furthering my practice in my 40’s. Three years ago I decided that it was the right time in my life for me to further explore the different paths of yoga. Initially intending to enrol on a foundation course, I found myself on the 500 hours British Wheel of Yoga level 4 diploma teacher training. After three years I have just qualified and my life has been transformed. I like nothing more than seeing people leave class lighter of mind, body and spirit, with a smile on their face.
I teach hatha yoga with some flow, suitable for mixed ability students. A light hearted class, working at your own pace to increase strength and flexibility, finding some stillness in our busy lives.
Monday 6 – 7.15pm
